We're looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior Product Manager with deep Salesforce expertise (Revenue Cloud, Sales Cloud, Agentforce Platform, AI) to lead the vision and delivery of intelligent AI agents that power our world-class Renewals organization.
As Customer Zero, you will define the product strategy, roadmap, and execution plan for scalable, secure, and high-impact AI-powered agent experiences across our internal Renewals and Customer Success teams. Your work will directly enhance Renewals Manager productivity, automate complex renewal workflows, and transform how Salesforce's platform drives renewals pipeline and reduces customer attrition. You will collaborate cross-functionally with sales, revenue, and platform teams focused on AI and agent capabilities, while fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and cross-cloud collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced AI Research & Experimentation: Lead the exploration and application of cutting-edge AI techniques-including reasoning models, multimodal & cross-modal AI, multi-agent systems, and RAG-to push the boundaries of agent intelligence, adaptability, and performance in enterprise contexts.
- Product Strategy & Vision: Define and drive the strategic direction for AI agents supporting our global Sales teams, optimizing for usability, trust, and business value.
- Agentforce Development: Partner with Sales, Engineering, Design, and Data teams to define and execute the roadmap for AI agents in Salesforce and Slack as the primary interface for deployment.
- Data & Content Framework: Shape the data and content strategy that fuels agent intelligence and decision-making.
- AI Evangelism & Innovation: Champion AI maturity across teams and act as a thought leader in scaling autonomous agents, influencing broader product and platform direction.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive alignment with internal stakeholders across sales, engineering, and platform teams to deliver business outcomes.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of product management experience with deep Salesforce implementation expertise (CRM, Sales Cloud, Platform, Data Cloud, Slack)
- Proven understanding of AI, Copilots, and agent-based architectures
- Strong experience building sales productivity and automation solutions (Lead, Opportunity, Account Management)
- Clear, compelling communicator with experience delivering executive-level presentations and influencing cross-functional teams
- Deep knowledge of Lead-to-Cash and Sales GTM processes
- Experience applying the Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework in enterprise product development
- Track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Strong collaboration and team-building capabilities across global and virtual teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications: Agentforce Specialist, Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud, Slack Admin
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, principles, and best practices
- Familiarity with emerging trends in autonomous AI agents and their impact on enterprise workflows

At Salesforce, we believe in equitable compensation practices that reflect the dynamic nature of labor markets across various regions.
The typical base salary range for this position is $184,000 - $276,000 annually. The range represents base salary only, and does not include company bonus, incentive for sales roles, equity or benefits, as applicable.
