The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
About the team

With Slack's acclaimed product and friendly chat-based interface, it is also becoming Salesforce's primary interface for their Agentic AI experience.

As the central pillar driving this integration, we build the connective tissue that brings Salesforce data and workflows directly into Slack, while also embedding Slack conversations directly within the Salesforce UI. Our focus is on delivering deeply user-centric product experiences (check it out here).
What you'll do
As the Product Manager for Salesforce channels, you will lead one of Salesforce's most strategic product initiatives, a fundamental breakthrough in unifying conversation and customer data to create the most complete view of customers in the flow of work. Salesforce channels reimagine how teams collaborate directly in the context of CRM records, bringing customer data, conversations, and AI agents together in real time.
This role sits at the heart of Slack and Salesforce integration-unlocking new ways for sales, service, and marketing teams to work together, drive revenue, and improve customer outcomes. You'll be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution of Salesforce channels to bridge structured CRM data with unstructured team conversations, fundamentally transforming how teams collaborate around customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the product roadmap for Salesforce channels, including new features to unlock enterprise customers, create a seamless end user experience, and expand to new use cases
- Partner with engineering and design to drive strategic decisions around complex product areas like channel visibility, channel sprawl, and admin configuration while also finding the balance between opinionated and customizable approaches
- Drive adoption and measure success through product usage data, customer feedback, and business outcomes
- Participate in regular customer calls and research sessions to deeply understand user needs and pain points, including customer Zero
What you'll need- 7+ years of product management experience, preferably with B2B SaaS products
- Strong understanding of enterprise workflows and how businesses leverage tools like Slack and Salesforce
- A track record of shipping 0→1 products that are complex and cross-platform
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, drive alignment across teams, and execute quickly
- Strong background in customer research, user interviews, and data-driven decision making
- Proven track record of shipping successful products in collaborative, cross-functional environments
