Success Guideチームのマネージャは、チームとしてお客様の成功に貢献できるよう、チームの方針、優先順位を決め、目標達成に向け、Salesforce社内のステークホルダーと連携します。チームの力を最大化できるようメンバーを育成し、パフォーマンスの管理を行います。また、キャリアパスの支援を通じて、メンバーが最高のパフォーマンスを発揮できるよう導きます。自立していて、自発的に行動でき、お客様の成功に対して情熱を持ち、品質の高いサービスを提供することで、高い顧客満足の実現とともに積極的にビジネス拡大へ貢献することが求められます。

責任

  • メンバーのスキルセットや稼働状況を把握し、支援依頼やタスクをアサインし管理する
  • KPIやプロセスなど、チームの指標や業務効率を改善する機会を見つけ、手法、プロセス、システムの変更を実行する
  • 営業部門などのSalesforce社内の関係者と連携し、お客様の成功に向けた支援業務の優先順位を決定する
  • 透明性を維持し効果的な業務運営のために、人員の採用、育成、評価を行う
  • メンバーと定期的な1on1 ミーティングで課題を聞き、進捗を把握し、期待値を設定して、業務支援をおこなう
  • メンバーと定期的なキャリアディスカッションをおこない、キャリア支援をする
  • Success Guide が提供する支援の価値を言語化し、Premier Success Plan ビジネス拡大に貢献する

必要なスキルと経験

  • 3年以上のカスタマーサクセス関連部門、または運用保守や技術部門でのリソース管理を含むチームマネージメント経験
  • チームやメンバーの課題や障壁を理解し、優先順位をつけて改善する実行力
  • あらゆるロールや立場のステークホルダーと関係性を築き、効果的にコミュニケーションする力
  • 多様性のある経験を持つメンバーの個性を活かしながらチーム力の最大化を推進する力
  • データドリブンな分析と課題解決力
  • 日本語 - ネイティブレベル(読み書き• 口頭ともに)
  • 英語 - ビジネスレベル(読み書き)

望ましい資格とスキル

  • 関連するSalesforce製品の資格
  • 一般的なSaas/PaaS製品の背景にある情報技術(サーバー• ネットワーク• データベース等)についての基本的な知識
