The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Overview of the Role:
As a Public Sector Account Executive at Salesforce in Denmark, you will own a defined set of public sector accounts — acting as a trusted digital advisor and the central point of coordination across the full Salesforce AI CRM and Agentforce platform. You will combine an entrepreneurial mindset with deep public sector knowledge to drive new business, build lasting customer relationships, and help Danish public sector organisations deliver better outcomes for citizens. This role also carries a team leadership dimension, supporting the RVP for Sweden and Denmark through forecasting, coaching, and leading the Danish team on the ground.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and develop new and existing public sector opportunities in Denmark, building pipeline in alignment with account teams and cross-solution areas through structured account planning and discovery
- Act as the primary client lead across the full Salesforce Customer 360 and Agentforce platform, coordinating with product specialists, solution architects, and sales engineers to design and present customer-centric solutions mapped to business value
- Lead commercial negotiations and develop close plans, securing customer agreement on envisioned solutions while engaging internal stakeholders to move opportunities forward
- Support the RVP for Sweden and Denmark by contributing to team forecasting, coaching, and on-the-ground leadership of the Danish public sector sales team
Required Qualifications:
- 5–10 years of quota-carrying, technology solution sales experience, with a focus on new business development — preferably within the public sector in Denmark
- Proven ability to lead complex, full-cycle sales processes including account planning, discovery, solutioning, and commercial negotiation in a team-selling environment
- Experience supporting or contributing to sales leadership activities such as forecasting, coaching, or team coordination, with an entrepreneurial and market-maker mindset
- Fluent in Danish and English, with the right to work in Denmark
Preferred Qualifications:
- Formal sales methodology training or certification (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger, or similar)
- Experience working with digital transformation initiatives within or for the public sector, including change management and partner or ISV co-sell motions
- Familiarity with Agentforce, AI-driven CRM, or platform-based public sector sales
