Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
Are you an experienced writer who is passionate about engaging developer audiences? Are you interested in leveraging AI-enabled tools to evolve how content is created and delivered?
Our team is defining the AI-accelerated future of content for Salesforce’s Multi-Framework capabilities, and we are looking for a strategic leader to join us. You’ll lead by:

Driving Strategy: Develop content strategy for broad cloud areas and aligning it with stakeholders in Support, Product Management, and Marketing to meet our business goals.
-
Empowering the Team: Use your industry-wide experience to serve as a mentor and multiplier for other writers; coordinating work across teams, and sharing constructive feedback to elevate our collective impact.
-
Influencing Product: Contribute directly to product strategy as we evolve the AI experience. Create clear plans for in-product guidance and reference content.
-
Demonstrating Technical Expertise: Grasp the details of our component frameworks, security, and tooling to support developers building on the Salesforce Platform.
-
Championing Innovation: Actively share ideas to improve the customer experience and handle diverse viewpoints with professional maturity.

-
Strategic AI Content Architecture: Proven ability to manage broad content strategies while structuring content specifically for AI ingestion, such as markdown optimization or implementing standards that help LLMs and Agents better understand our content.
-
Leadership & Innovative Problem Solving: Track record of leading complex projects and proposing AI-driven solutions to address documentation and customer experience gaps.
-
A related technical degree required.
Desired Skills & Experience
-
Experience with object-oriented programming (e.g., Apex or Java) and hands-on coding.
-
Proficiency with source control software (Git, Perforce) and IDEs like VS Code.
-
An innovative mindset with a history of process improvements.
-
Strong XML and Markdown skills.
-
Bonus: Experience with testing and evaluation frameworks to review documentation for AI consumers.
