Solutions部門は提案活動において技術的な観点も含めたソリューション提案活動の支援を行います。

Role Description:

1.公共業界の中でも官公庁**(**中央省庁)のお客様をターゲットとしたソリューション提案活動

・お客様のビジネス課題とニーズに対する解決策の策定と将来を見据えたシステム化計画の立案支援

・キーとなる課題に対する解決策の具体的なイメージとして、カスタマイズデモの作成と実施

・ソリューションデザインおよび導入計画を中心とした提案書作成

2.各種営業マテリアルの作成

・提案活動で培ったノウハウを活かし各業界向けソリューションマップ、業界特化デモ、提案書テンプレートの作成

3.セミナー&イベントでの登壇、デモンストレーションの実施によるマーケティング活動支援

・当社のソリューション提案活動を通じてシステムインテグレーションスキル、業務分析スキル、インダストリースキル、営業スキルを習得することができ、システム構築におけるイノベーションを実現することができます。

Training:

入社後約1ヶ月間のビジネス、当社ソリューション&製品、営業手法等の研修がございます。

Basic Requirements:

・公共業界(地方自治体、官公庁問わず)の担当経験

・CRM,BI,BPM等いずれかのソリューションのプリセールスを経験している方、あるいは同ソリューションエリアでシステムインテグレーションの提案活動、プロジェクトマネージャー、コンサルティングのいずれかを10年以上経験している方。(類似の他業種との経験の合算でも可)

・セミナーやイベントなどでプレゼンテーション/デモを経験している方。

Preferred Requirements:

・Salesforceソリューションの知識があれば尚可。

・官公庁での業務、自治体での内部情報系、住民情報系、福祉系など、業務知識があれば尚可。

・パブリッククラウド(IaaS,PaaS,SaaS)上でのソリューショニングもしくは、プロジェクトデリバリの経験があれば尚可。

・大規模プロジェクトの提案、デリバリもしくはコンサルティング経験があれば、尚可。

・政府調達に関する対応経験及び、知識があれば尚可。
