We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the evolution of Salesforce’s Content Management Platform and the delivery of an always-on AI Content Operations Agent. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise CMS, AI-driven automation, SEO, and content governance, and is critical to ensuring Salesforce content remains accurate, performant, brand-aligned, and trustworthy at a global scale.
The platform supports multi-brand, multi-region, and multi-domain content authoring through a headless Word Press foundation, blending editorial content with structured data from Salesforce orgs and other enterprise systems. Building on this foundation, you will define and execute the strategy for an internal AI Agent that continuously evaluates content quality, ownership, performance, SEO health, and brand compliance—replacing fragmented audits and manual maintenance with proactive, automated workflows. This role enables decentralized teams to move fast without sacrificing trust, consistency, or credibility.
Key Responsibilities: Own the Product Vision & Strategy:

Define and execute the long-term product strategy and roadmap for the Content Management Platform and for an always on AI Content Operations Agent.
-
Balance business objectives, technical constraints, and user needs across brands, regions, and domains.

Lead Platform Evolution & Delivery:

-
Balance automation with human accountability, ensuring recommendations are actionable and trusted by content owners.
-
Guide the development of a scalable, secure, and flexible headless Word Press platform.
-
Drive enhancements to content authoring workflows, usability, and governance to improve efficiency and adoption.
-
Partner with engineering and architecture teams to ensure reliable integrations with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Enterprise Word Press Leadership:
-
Serve as a subject-matter expert in enterprise Word Press, including the plugin ecosystem.
-
Make informed build vs. buy vs. customize decisions to balance speed, maintainability, and long-term scalability.
-
Ensure platform extensibility while maintaining performance, security, and compliance standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
-
Work effectively across a diverse set of stakeholders, including marketing, editorial, engineering, IT, legal, and regional teams.
-
Navigate the needs of multi-brand, multi-region, and multi-role users, aligning competing priorities into a cohesive platform strategy.
-
Communicate product direction, tradeoffs, and progress clearly to executive and cross-functional audiences.
Team Leadership & Product Excellence:
-
Lead, mentor, and develop product managers and product owners (where applicable).
-

-
