As a Product Manager, you will develop product vision and strategy, own the roadmap and execute to plan. You provide insights that fuel critical decisions across the company, including executive leadership that uses them to set strategic directions for Salesforce! You'll be working closely with various collaborators to develop an understanding of customer use cases and work with our engineers and architects to implement the roadmap. You will work through ambiguity to be able to get results while leaning on relationships with key internal partners to align priorities and provide prioritized use cases for our engineers that deliver to our business goals.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Be part of a high-performance product management team that helps many fortune 500 companies delight their customers with their superior customer engagement
- Collaborate with other PMs and stakeholders across clouds leverage cross product synergies and optimize investments
- Work with engineering to specify, detail, build and release product/features
- Work with our industry experts to define the next business problem to solve that brings multiplier effect for our team
- Engage with customers, partners, and ISVs, along with product ambassadors from across Salesforce to prioritize the right features
- Own and drive the vision/strategy/roadmap/development for industry specific solutions
- Own our cross-industry product Point of View and directional roadmap including how it works with/leverages partner integrations.
- Work with PMs in other clouds like IoT, Einstein, etc to identify what we can leverage/extend/optimize for industries
- Work with our insanely talented engineering teams to get beautiful products developed
- Work with various stakeholders to ensure a successful launch of the product.
- Represent Salesforce as a product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and through community sites and social media
Job Requirements First and foremost:
- Demonstrable experience Or willingness to learn building enterprise SaaS products
- Understand enterprise SAAS architecture and build scalable applications
- Product Management skills and business acumen around the building and launching of products
- Ability to work with development engineers, quality engineers, user experience specialists, content experience specialists day in and day out to provide direction, prioritization, detail out epics/user stories and ensure successful delivery
- AI first mindset to create the next generation of products driving the agentic enterprise
Everything else that matters:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related disciplines or equivalent experience in technical roles
- Work Experience : 22-60 Months
- Plus your MBA (PGP)
- 2025 or 2026 MBA Graduate
- Agile methodology, and API experience
- Great sense of humor, and grace under pressure
