Role Description
日本を代表する大手企業(エンタープライズ企業)の戦略的パートナーとして、お客様のビジネスを根底から変革する提案をリードしていただきます。 単に製品を売るのではなく、お客様の経営課題に寄り添い、将来の収益を共に創り出す役割です。既存のお客様との関係性を深めつつ、新たな可能性(新規ビジネス)を切り拓いていく、非常にやりがいのあるポジションです。
Your Impact
- パートナーシップの構築: お客様と日々向き合い、ビジネスモデルやマーケティング戦略の「核心」を理解した上で、伴走しながら成長を支えます。
- マーケティングの高度化を支援: 最新のAIエージェント(Agentforce)やデータ基盤(Data Cloud)を駆使し、お客様のマーケティングを一段高い次元へと引き上げます。
- 経営層へのプレゼンテーション: 四半期ごとのビジネスレビュー(QBR)などを通じて、役員・経営層(C-level)に対し、テクノロジーがもたらす未来のビジョンを提案します。
- 現場の声を製品へ: 現場で得たリアルな知見を社内にフィードバックし、Salesforceの製品進化を支える「顧客の代弁者」としての役割も担います。
- プロフェッショナルな契約管理: 複雑なエンタープライズ契約の交渉から締結まで、ビジネスのプロとして全プロセスをリードします。
Basic Requirements
- エンタープライズIT業界での経験(5年以上): 大手企業向けの複雑なソリューション営業を経験してきた方。
- 数字へのコミットメント: 四半期・年間の目標達成に向け、粘り強く戦略的に動ける方。
- 高い交渉力と論理的思考: 複雑な契約をまとめ上げ、適正な価値を形にする力をお持ちの方。
- コミュニケーション能力: 日本語での円滑かつ、プロフェッショナルなコミュニケーションができる方(読み・書き・対話)。
Preferred Requirements
- C-levelとの折衝経験: 経営層に対し、物怖じせずビジネスの本質を語れる方。
- グローバルな視点: 多様な文化や組織を理解し、広い視野でアカウントマネジメントができる方。
