**Technical Architectは、Salesforce Platformが顧客の IT アーキテクチャにどのように適合するかについて検討する、アカウントチームに対するドメイン・エキスパートとして活動します。幅広い IT の知見を持つTechnical Architectは、CIO/CTO レベルまでの IT意思決定者に対して、クラウド・インフラストラクチャ、AI、セキュリティ、インテグレーション、宣言型/プログラムによる機能拡張など、Salesforce Platformを中心とするCross Cloudアーキテクチャのあらゆる側面について効果的に議論をリードし、デモンストレーションを行うことができます。技術スキルと営業マインドを強力に融合させたTechnical Architectは、コンサルティング・アプローチを使用してビジネス要件と技術要件を理解し、アカウントチームが技術販売戦略と当社のソリューションの適合性を開発および改良できるよう支援します。Technical Architectは、既存の顧客およびより広範なPlatform as a Service (PaaS)市場に対する製品およびベストプラクティスのEnablementセッションやセミナー講師も担当します。**提案活動

• 顧客のニーズを理解し、技術的およびビジネス的要件に対応する最適なソリューションとしてSalesforceのあらゆる製品を検討

• Salesforce Platformの宣言型機能とプログラム開発機能、Agentforceのカスタマイズされたデモを構築して提示

• 顧客向け技術ワークショップやEnablementセッションを実施

• 製品マーケティング、製品営業、アライアンスなど社内の他部門と緊密に連携し、社内外向けのプログラムや取り組みを開発・実行

• RFI/RFPや技術要件文書への対応において営業チームを支援Enablement活動の推進

• 新製品や新機能を調査し、AEやAccount SEが提案活動で再利用出来るような技術概要資料やデモアセット、ハンズオンキットなどを作成

• グローバルで作成している各種アセットの調査・収集と、日本市場向けのローカライズ

• 社内向け新機能セミナーやEnablementセッションの実施マーケティング活動支援

• セミナー＆イベントでの登壇、プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーションの実施

• 開発者向けWebinarでの登壇、プレゼンテーション/デモンストレーションの実施Minimum Requirements

• CRM（セールス、サービス、マーケティング領域）の3年以上の提案活動経験

• 何らかのSalesforceソリューションのデモ作成/カスタマイズのスキル

• SaaS, PaaS, IaaSといったWebベースのプラットフォームの基礎知識 (ex: multi－tenancy, multi－tiered infrastructure, application servers, network and information security)

• SOA, ESB, ETL, API技術をベースにしたシステム連携提案経験

• エンタープライズ向けAI技術をベースにしたシステム提案経験

• 論理的思考、課題解決、プレゼンテーション等のコンサルティングスキル

• 顧客情報システム部門の関心事を理解し円滑にコミュニケーション出来る能力

• 新しい技術や製品を学習する能力、強い探究心

• アカウントチームや他スペシャリストとチームで仕事をする能力

• セミナーやイベントなどでのプレゼンテーション/デモンストレーション経験

• 中級レベルの英語力（会話 / 読み / 書き）
