EBUのアカウントエグゼクティブと連携し、Salesforceのビジョンとアカウント戦略を推進します。
職務内容:
顧客または商談単位で割り当てられたECSアカウントにSalesforceソリューションを販売することにより、月次/四半期/年次売上目標を上回ること。
営業プロセス全体を管 理し、主要なパフォーマンス指標に照らして確実に成果を上げ、既存アカウントの拡大と新規アカウントの開拓を行う。
テリトリーの特定とリサーチ、業界ごとの戦略の策定、適格なターゲットアカウントの選定。
EBUと協業するアカウントの深い理解、担当する市場・業界の知識を組み合わせたパイプラインの創出。
セールスエンジニア、プロフェッショナルサービス、コプライム、アライアンス、パートナー、エグゼクティブなどの適切なリソースを活用したセールスプロセスの管理。
短期的な成果を生み出す一方で、長期的な視点を維持し、全体的な売上・パイプライン創出に取り組む。
正確な顧客情報と商談情報によるSalesforceシステムの日々の更新。
さまざまな組織で必要とされる活動を管理し、社内プロセスを把握し各部署と協業する。
BCO(Below Cut Off)案件の成約により、エンタープライズアカウントとその子会社の成長をサポートする。
必要なスキル:
新規開拓営業および、既存深耕営業で成功した実績を持ち、目標に対して達成経験と達成意欲を証明できる方。
CRMアプリケーションの営業経験、または業種別営業経験があれば尚可。
やり遂げる責任感、チームに対する協調性、新しい考えを取り入れる柔軟性、何事も前向きに取り組む姿勢、自社商品を深く理解する学ぶ意欲、関わる人に対して敬意を持ち積極的にコミュニケーションする力。
