The Marketing Cloud Solution Architect (SA) is a key member of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Professional Services team. Solution Architect leads the design decisions and delivery of solutions and technologies that meet client business goals and technical requirements. SA is focused on designing the end-to-end solution that meets business needs and is responsible to bridge between customer vision, optimal architecture and Salesforce best in class solutions to ensure timely and fully functioning project delivery.
The ideal candidate should have a strong Marketing Cloud background combined with broad, multi-cloud platform knowledge. Experience as
a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Services, or related Partner / Consultancy background. The ideal candidate should be known to work independently, thrive in an entrepreneurial atmosphere, and communicate clearly with business stakeholders, executives, and product owners to effectively translate business requirements into Best in Class solutions. Must be an excellent communicator who can tailor their delivery to a variety of audience and communicate both in English and Hebrew fluently. Must be committed to constantly expanding and developing Product and Platform Knowledge.
Responsibilities:

Gathering, understanding and transforming business-use cases into an actionable solution design and architecture.

Lead meetings on the technical and business requirements Understand and map Business Processes & Challenges into our technical product suite, ensuring scalable, secure, comprehensive solution designs.

Clearly and articulately document solutions with great attention to details.
-
Present high-level overviews of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, architecture and integration capabilities.

Identify project issues/risks and present alternatives to alleviate or resolve
-
Facilitate customer solutions testing and validation
-
Travel to client sites for onsite discovery and solutions presentations. Not expected to exceed 25% - 50% throughout the year, but differs per engagement.

Run multiple client engagements in parallel and work with associated team members

Lead consultative engagements with clients on the technical and business challenges related to their marketing automation initiatives
Required Qualifications and Skills:
-
Proven 5+ years hands on experience with Marketing Cloud implementations, including, mobile SDK, Whatsapp, Integrations, ect.

Experience designing scalable data architectures on Salesforce, multi-cloud implementations, including demonstrated technical depth and with core Salesforce Platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Data 360.

Understanding of Data 360 credit consumption drivers.

Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Big Query, Reshift, Synapse).

Familiarity with data architecture/schema, including relational data models and sql syntax, documentation of data models, and data flows.

Marketing Cloud certifications strongly preferred (Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).

Data 360 Consultant Certification a significant advantage.

Proven track record of working with multi-stakeholder teams, specifically IT, M&A, Infrastructure / Security, Sales / Business / Marketing / Digital.

Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Excellent strategic & technical thinking. Highly organised and meticulous.

Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, able to present complex concepts optimally at both the tactical and strategic/executive levels.

Highly efficient teammate, with the ability to also work independently in a fast-paced, fluid environment.

Comfort working in and with a highly distributed team and organization.
