About the Role:

We're seeking an entrepreneurial and strategic Senior Manager to establish and lead Salesforce's workforce development and educational ecosystem in Mexico. This is a unique opportunity to build something from scratch; developing partnerships, programs, and community initiatives that will prepare the next generation of Salesforce talent across LATAM while working cross-functionally with the Trailblazer Relations team and Technical Audience Relations organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build & Scale Mexico Ecosystem (Ground-Up Development) Establish and execute strategy for workforce development initiatives in Mexico, creating the foundation for long-term growth
  • Develop comprehensive higher education partnerships with universities and technical institutions
  • Create and manage workforce development partnerships with government agencies, NGOs, and workforce boards
  • Design and implement job readiness programs that prepare diverse talent for Salesforce careers
  • Launch and scale Salesforce Fundamentals programs across Mexico

Cross-Organizational Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the Trailblazer Relations team to align community growth and program development
  • Collaborate with @Christophe Coenraets's Technical Audience Relations organization to ensure cohesive strategy across technical community initiatives
  • Drive cross-org partnerships and initiatives that amplify impact across the broader Salesforce ecosystem

Community Growth & Engagement:

  • Grow and activate the Trailblazer Community in Mexico, creating pathways for engagement and skill development
  • Develop community-led programs that support learning, certification, and career advancement
  • Foster inclusive community experiences that reflect Mexico's diverse talent landscape

Strategic Partnerships & Stakeholder Management:

  • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships with educational institutions, government entities, and workforce development organizations
  • Represent Salesforce at key events, conferences, and forums across Mexico and LATAM
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to create sustainable, scalable programs

Program Management & Impact Measurement:

  • Define success metrics and track program impact across all initiatives
  • Manage program budgets and timelines effectively
  • Report on progress, insights, and opportunities to leadership

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    7+ years of experience in workforce development, education partnerships, community building, or related field
    Proven track record of building programs or initiatives from the ground up
    Deep understanding of Mexico's education and workforce development landscape
    Experience working cross-functionally across multiple teams and organizations
    Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
    Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)
    Ability to travel within Mexico and occasionally to other LATAM countries and the US

Preferred:

Experience with Salesforce ecosystem, technology education, or technical community building
Existing network within Mexico's education, government, or nonprofit sectors
Experience with job readiness and skills-based training programs
Understanding of community engagement strategies and grassroots activation
