As an intern, you’ll be a key contributor to our recruitment marketing engine. You will work closely with seasoned marketers to execute paid and organic campaigns, analyze performance data, and help define how the world perceives Salesforce as a place to work. This is a high-impact role designed to give you hands-on experience in global digital marketing.

Learn to monitor social conversations, respond to followers, and encourage employees to share their unique stories.

  • Global Collaboration:

Coordinate with regional teams to ensure our newsfeeds represent our diverse, global workforce and align with hiring priorities.

  • Campaign Execution:

Help launch and track "always-on" organic posts and punctuating them with strategic paid advertising.

  • Data & Insights:

Track monthly results for organic campaigns, assist in reporting outcomes to the broader team, and conduct quarterly competitor research to see how we stack up.

Requirements

  • Current Undergraduate Student:

Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field graduating in Dec 2026/May 2027.

  • Creative Storyteller:

Strong verbal, written, and visual communication skills. You know how to tell a story that stops the scroll.

  • Social Media Native:

You have a deep understanding of (and active presence on) platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Tik Tok. Familiarity with Glassdoor and Indeed is a plus!

  • Analytical Mindset:

You enjoy looking at "the why" behind the numbers and are eager to learn how to optimize campaigns based on data.

  • Proactive & Organized:

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.

  • Can-Do Attitude:

A desire to learn, grow, and bring fresh, innovative ideas to a global team.

  • AI-Native:

Comfortable experimenting with AI-powered automation tools and eager to apply them to real challenges

  • Experience (even personal projects!) using AI agents to streamline workflows — we'd love someone who geeks out on this stuff

What You’ll Gain

  • Mentorship from experienced global marketing professionals.

  • Real-world experience managing multi-channel campaigns for a Fortune 500 company.

  • Insight into the "Employer Branding" industry—one of the fastest-growing niches in marketing.
