About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Mule Soft, the industry-leading Integration, API, and Agent management platform, empowers enterprises globally to unlock data and accelerate innovation. We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to join the Mule Soft Agent Fabric team. This team is at the center of our AI strategy, focused on making a customer’s entire enterprise landscape—including their integrations, APIs, and agents—ready for the world of autonomous AI.

In this role, you will define and deliver capabilities that allow developers and admins to build quickly and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of APIs, integrations, and agents with AI. Beyond building, you will help customers manage their agentic AI landscape to ensure total visibility and governance, providing the trust and control enterprises need to scale AI safely. We are looking for a "builder" who can navigate the path from a raw customer problem to a polished, high-adoption product.

Key Responsibilities:

You will:

  • Drive the entire product process from initial discovery and requirement gathering through technical execution, release, and post-launch iteration.

  • Maintain a relentless focus on delivery, ensuring that roadmap items are translated into high-quality features that ship on time and meet enterprise standards.

  • Help define how customers expose their unique business logic to LLMs while building the management tools necessary for visibility, monitoring, and governance of AI agents.

  • Partner directly with customers to deeply understand their pain points (discovery) and work closely with them post-launch to ensure successful implementation and value realization (adoption).

  • Coordinate across Engineering, UX, sales, and customer support to prioritize and deliver the most important AI investments for the Mule Soft Actionability team

  • Collaborate with various Salesforce product teams (such as Agentforce and Slack) to build unified experiences that span multiple platforms.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role.

  • Highly technical: Having deep dives with Architects & ICs not only doesn’t scare you, it invigorates you!

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills: You can synthesize and articulate highly technical concepts to individuals without context and get alignment easily.

  • Excellent Collaborator: You can work among multiple teams, understand their use cases, and where they fit with our Mule Soft Actionability strategy.

  • Execution & Impact Focus: A strong bias for action and a disciplined approach to execution, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

  • Detail-oriented & pragmatic: Inconsistencies annoy you. You align people to the truth even if it can be hard and make sure we meet our deadlines with the right solution.

  • Customer Engagement: Demonstrated experience engaging with enterprise customers for foundational research and discovery, as well as driving product adoption and long-term success.

Desired Skillset

  • Enterprise & SaaS Knowledge: Experience building for enterprise developers, administrators, or complex SaaS ecosystems.

  • AI/Agentic Curiosity: A strong interest in how AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows are transforming the integration and API landscape.

  • Ambiguity Navigator: Experience in environments where you have had to define the product path and strategy under high levels of ambiguity.

Unleash Your Potential:

When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
