About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
This role is a strategic role focused on the pinnacle of our customer success stories. You will be responsible for building deep, long-term relationships with our most visionary customer leaders—transforming them into strategic partners who champion the Informatica and Salesforce story on the global stage. You will act as a relationship architect, ensuring our "Leading AI" narrative is validated by the most influential voices in the industry through high-end video content and flagship event keynotes.
Responsibilities
- Executive Relationship Development: Cultivate a premier circle of top-tier advocates. You will act as a strategic point of contact for customer executives, ensuring they are engaged, valued and prepared for high-profile brand opportunities.
- Joint Narrative Orchestration (Informatica + Salesforce): Source and develop complex customer stories that showcase the combined value of Informatica and Salesforce. You will identify how our integrated solutions empower the "agentic enterprise" and translate those technical wins into visionary business narratives.
- Top-Tier Content Strategy: Lead the creative direction and production for elite customer video content. You will ensure every asset meets corporate brand standards and effectively communicates the transformative power of AI-ready data.
- Strategic Advocacy Nurturing: Design and implement strategies to engage customers early in their journey. You will move beyond reactive sourcing to build a proactive nurture engine that cultivates advocacy from the first point of success.
- Speaker Strategy: Lead the recruitment and preparation for executive speakers at top tier events.
Your Background
- Experience: 5–7+ years in customer advocacy, executive communications or strategic marketing, with a proven track record of managing C-suite relationships.
- Strategic Storytelling: You have an elite ability to extract technical value and translate it into a compelling business case for a broad audience.
- Executive Presence: You are confident engaging with leaders at Fortune 500 companies and can navigate complex corporate environments with poise.
- Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead high-production video projects and keynote preparations from concept to completion.
- Operational Discipline: You maintain the rigor to ensure all assets are delivered with precision, adhering to the Informatica Editorial Style Guide and brand standards.
Unleash Your Potential:
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
