Position Description:

The Technical Analyst role is a part of the Quoting Rules team within the broader Product & Pricing Operations space. The work is fast-paced and broadly impactful across the company with various partner engagements. Responsibilities include helping craft scalable solutions and processes with engineers and architects, working with support teams who support customers and our internal systems, as well as taking business requirements to translate them into concrete technical requirements. To succeed, a candidate will need to be analytical, have excellent critical thinking skills, and be able to prioritize, deliver on multiple requests at once, identify inefficiencies in the process, and build scripts to help us continually improve.This position is for the Hyderabad location only.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage the configuration of our internal CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems.
  • Design and develop Automation frameworks to reduce human efforts and increase team efficiency.
  • Support the operation and maintenance of existing and future CPQ infrastructure, including rule configuration, release management, environment management, data transformation, and migration.
  • Lead all aspects of troubleshooting and bug fixing for published rules configurations and case management.
  • Own end-to-end governance of quoting rules, including impact analysis, UAT support, defect resolution, and continuous optimization of rule frameworks and production support
  • Enable faster NPI and product launches by building reusable quoting rule patterns and automation frameworks that reduce manual intervention and errors.
  • Should have done at least two end-to-end implementation of a CPQ project.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the product lifecycle.
  • Influence partners, facilitate and steer group conversations and be clear with expectations and timelines.
  • Should possess a keen eye for identifying and automating manual tasks using scripting solutions.
  • Flexible to support EMEA hours.
  • This is an Office based position out of the Hyderabad Office.

Required Technical/Soft Skills:

  • Proficient in Salesforce administration, SOQL, Salesforce CPQ / Apttus CPQ / Approvals experience.
  • Excellent communication, written, and customer service skills.
  • Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage workload with minimal supervision, prioritizing accuracy of deliverables.
  • Candidates with experience in Python, Salesforce Agentforce, AI or other automation scripting tools will be preferred.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of technical and administrative experience in Salesforce Projects.
  • 1+ years of experience in the configuration of a CPQ system.
