レポート先:テクニカルセールス部 シニアディレクター

あなたには、社内関係者、顧客、パートナーと連携し、テクニカルアカウントプランや戦略の策定、商談の技術的なクロージングまでを担っていただきます。営業チームの重要な一員として、顧客のユースケースを理解し、それに基づいた複雑な技術ソリューションを Informatica Data Management Cloud 上に設計することで、案件成功へと導いていただきます。

主な業務内容
 最小限のサポートで顧客対応をリード
 担当領域におけるベストプラクティス、資料、ノウハウの共有
 担当分野に必要な認定資格を常に最新の状態に維持
 デモ提供に向けた全プロセス(ヒアリング、技術的適合確認、プレゼン、標準デモ、顧客とのやりとり)を一部サポートを受けながら実施
 RFP 対応や PoC の支援
 カスタマーサクセスチームと連携した技術アドバイザリーやワークショップの実施
 顧客からのフィードバックを製品ギャップとして開発部門へ共有
 マーケティングイベントでのデモ実施(単独で対応可)

求めるスキル・経験
 上位 3 つのクラウドプラットフォームと、上位 2 つのデータ関連技術に関する知識
 クラウドセキュリティの基礎的な理解、1 つ以上のクラウドおよびデータ関連技術の認定資格を保有してい
ること
 Informatica 関連の製品または技術の実務スキル
 少なくとも 1 つの顧客のユースケースに基づいたストーリーテリングとプレゼンテーションスキル
 影響力のある人物、社内コーチ、意思決定者、パートナーとの関係構築能力
 ハイブリッド構成、データウェアハウス、データベース、BI 製品などに関する技術的知識
 優れた文書作成力および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力

教育および経験
 データ統合、マスターデータ管理、またはデータガバナンスにおける 5年以上の実務経験
 プリセールス、技術営業、業界経験、またはコンサルティング経験が 5年以上
