You will bridge the gap between bold vision and flawless execution, ensuring Salesforce remains the leader in the agentic enterprise shift.
Key Responsibilities

Operational Excellence: Drive high-cadence forums and "Deep Dive" reviews to unblock technical hurdles, streamline advance release planning, and ensure business-critical milestones are met.
-
Organizational Transformation: Act as a catalyst for change within Product & Technology, fostering a culture of "Beginner’s Mind" innovation while maintaining the rigor of a world-class SaaS delivery engine.
-
Portfolio Governance: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of the Agentforce Commerce Cloud portfolio, ensuring complex dependencies across scrum teams and divisions are seamlessly integrated.
-
People Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and elevate a world-class team of TPMs, scaling their impact and aligning their growth with Salesforce’s long-term AI strategy.
About You
-
Great Manager: You have a well established record of building and growing teams and managing leaders at the Sr Director level and being able to navigate personnel issues
-
The Bridge Builder: You possess a rare ability to translate complex technical roadmaps into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
-
Grace Under Pressure: You lead with composure in high-stakes environments, leaning on a sense of humor and a solution-oriented mindset.
-
The Innovator: You don't just optimize the world as it is; you have a knack for architecting "what could be" in the realm of AI and automation.
Qualifications
-
10–15+ years of professional experience leading large-scale enterprise product programs in a fast-paced environment.
-
5+ years of people management experience at the Director level or above, with a proven track record of building high-output teams.
