About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer (Full Stack)with strong expertise in.NET, C#, JavaScript frameworks like React and modern cloud native development. You will play a key role in analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and building enterprise grade applications within an agile Scrum environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze user stories and estimate complexity.
• Define implementation strategies and deliver high quality features.
• Build or enhance application components using best practice coding techniques.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Follow agile methodologies and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
• Identify and raise concerns related to incomplete or unclear requirements.
• Conduct and ensure timely completion of code reviews.
• Promote and ensure unit testing across the team.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture discussions.
• Leverage AI based development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, code analyzers) to improve productivity, code quality, and day to day engineering workflows.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of strong experience in application development.
• Hands on expertise with:
• C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ
• JavaScript frameworks like React.js
• HTML5, CSS, j Query, XML/XSLT
• RESTful services
• SQL Server (T SQL) & query optimization
• Solid understanding of object oriented design, responsive UI, and cross browser compatibility.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and Test Driven Development.
• Experience with layered architecture (Presentation, Service, Business, Data).
• Experience working with AWS or any major cloud providers.
• Experience using AI assisted coding tools for generating, refactoring, analyzing, and testing code is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

• Experience with:
• Serverless applications, Open Search, Elasticsearch, Redis, Postgres, NoSQL, Kafka, Containers (Docker)
• Node.js, Lodash, TypeScript
• VSTest, MSTest, NUnit
• AWS Certification is a strong plus.
