About the Role:

The Team:
The team’s primary responsibility is to transcribe and create documentation or transcripts for both external and internal clients from financial-related calls or non-financial-related events that can be captured via video or audio. We offer several products to our clients, some of which are but not limited to a live streaming product for real time capture of events, a preliminary copy and a final error-free copy of the event.
Responsibilities and Impact:

Be responsible for the entire cycle of Korean projects assigned to the individuals or vendors, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

Lead the recruitment, training, support, scheduling, and evaluation of both transcription and translation resources, fostering a high-performing global network.
-
Oversee the collecting, gathering, tracking, and monitoring of financial and non-financial events for publicly-listed companies in Korea.
-
Provide strategic oversight for the creation of event IDs, volume forecasting, scheduling, and assignment of confirmed Korean events to freelancers/independent contractors.

Initiate and manage corporate outreach and communications with listing companies in Korean markets, enhancing S&P Global's presence.

Review and optimize transcription/translation processes, providing recommendations for workflow efficiency and continuous improvement.

All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
Compensation/Benefits Information:
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $A to $Z. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan. This role is not eligible for additional compensation such as an annual incentive bonus or sales commission plan. This role is eligible to receive additional S&P Global benefits.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills in both English and native level of Korean (written and spoken).

Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of translation.

An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 3+ years of experience in project coordination, vendor management, or transcription/translation servicesInferred].

We require all external candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
