Job Description:

Summary

Ryder is currently hiring a full-time temporary Recruiting Coordinator/Sourcer. The Sourcer's role is to provide sourcing support to the Recruiting teams and their open positions by prescreening and scheduling quality candidate interviews. This individual will work in a high volume, call center setting supporting the Human Resources department with a variety of tasks, projects and day to day routine assignments.

  • Support the recruitment team with the following tasks:
    Identify and interact with potential passive candidates
    Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates
    Facilitate/coordinate interviews
    Match candidates' skills to available openings in their area
    Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Provide broader Human Resources department support, including:
    Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
    Maintaining employee profiles
    Employment Screenings
    Provide administrative and compliance support to the Recruitment team
    Supports the HR team in special projects and/or assignments

Compensation Information:

The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$20.00

Maximum Pay Range:

$22.00
