Channel Operations Support Analyst
Location: Remote, India
(Working Hours: Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours)
Job Summary
Rubrik’s Global Partner Organization is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Channel Operations Support Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is part of a newly formed Channel Operations Center of Excellence and will be crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our channel programs, supporting our partners, and contributing to the accuracy of our financial processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a meticulous approach to data, and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
What you’ll do

Execute and oversee all month-end activities related to channel operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

Manage the ingestion and processing of Point of Sale (POS) data, verifying accuracy and completeness.

Conduct thorough audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance.

Manage the billing process for Rubrik’s consumption-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs
-
Proactively address and resolve billing disputes, working collaboratively with partners and internal finance teams.

Track and analyze ad-hoc utilization data to support accurate billing and reporting.

Efficiently manage and process cases within the channel operations support queue, ensuring timely resolution.

Escalate complex or critical issues to appropriate teams or individuals for remediation, following established protocols.

Identify and propose potential areas for process improvement based on recurring case types and feedback.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new tools, systems, and processes, ensuring they meet business needs and specifications.

Support post-launch deployment activities, including troubleshooting and providing ongoing support.
Experience you’ll need
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:

Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, preferably within a similar industry.

Strong proficiency in Excel for complex data analysis is essential.

Experience in creating structured, insightful presentations using PowerPoint or similar tools.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-launch enablement.
