The Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) Finance organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to support our Advanced Products & Solutions (APS), Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EO/IRS) businesses. This position will be responsible for the daily business execution and financial activities for a set of programs mainly produced out of the Mc Kinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center. This position is currently designated as on-site.

Responsibilities

• Cost/schedule control and analysis, forecasting, estimate-at-completion (EAC), variance analysis, data reviewing and reporting for a set of assigned programs
• Frequent collaboration with the Program Manager, and CAM's/IPTLs, Material Program Managers, and Mission Area PMO/Finance
• Personal involvement in the successful execution of contracts
• Drive the finance process for a set of programs to influence processes related to EVM policies and procedures and ensure we adhere to them with regards to BOM traceability, production labor, and production support labor
• Actively identifying risks that affect cost and/or schedule and providing proactive analysis of all financial aspects of the projects
• Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as required

Required Qualifications

• A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field
• Experience using SAP business systems
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using PRISM EV
• Interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, etc.) in program development and execution
• Excellent organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills to support the preparation and presentation of written briefs and summaries to customer, organization, and peers
• Demonstrated ability to influence others and achieve results
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize required systems/tools and independently create and accurately analyze data

Salary Range: $68,900 USD - $131,100 USD

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.

Role Type Definition: Onsite employees are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
