About the Role
The Missile Assembly and Disassembly Technical Assistance (TA) will provide support and maintenance at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Patriot Missile Assembly Disassemble Facility (MADF). The MADF TA will provide onsite Patriot missile technical support to Royal Saudi Air Defense Forces (RSADF) personnel responsible for processing/testing/repairing of Patriot PAC-2 missiles and subassemblies at the RSADF MADF to maximize RSADF readiness.

Responsibilities
- Provide onsite Patriot missile technical support to RSADF personnel
- Aid and advise RSADF with relevant information regarding facility operations
- Assist with workflow and daily operational needs in relation to PAC-2 missile and subassembly test, assembly, disassembly and repair, based upon USG policy and guidelines within the Field Surveillance Program Management Plan, Product Assurance Plan (PA Plan), Configuration Management Plan (CM Plan), and SPMF Operational Procedures
- Advise on safety and best practices
- Participate as a team member in any assessments of the facility and equipment
- Assist with documentation of issues and processes
- Develop resolutions for any issues found
- Work with RSADF personnel to ensure all manuals, spares, test equipment and manpower are in place to support on-going Patriot PAC-2 missile testing, assembly, and disassembly
- Advise and assist with the movements of assets and equipment management in the storage areas and the facility
- Assist and make recommendations concerning the usability of chemicals in supply based on the manufacturer's expiration date
- Provide technical support to the RSADF for their PAC-3 missile program based on the USG guidelines within the PAC-3 Master Plan
Qualifications You Must Have
- Knowledge of daily operations in a Patriot Missile Facility (PMF) or a Missile Assembly and Disassembly Facility (MADF)
- Must possess the "hands on" ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and calibrate all PMF or MADF equipment
- Knowledgeable of general manufacturing processes with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience interpreting engineering requirements from product data models, drawings, parts lists and specifications
- Able to demonstrate a high level of mechanical hands-on abilities to perform or assist in missile assembly and test along with repairing non-operating tools and equipment
- Strong hands-on assembly / disassembly / troubleshooting skills of mechanical, electrical, industrial and/or home equipment and products
- Must possess the "hands on" ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all patriot missile malfunctions
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Required Education
- Bachelor's Degree with 4 years of related experience, or
- Associates Degree with 8 years' experience, or
- HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under annual incentive programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $82,000 USD - $164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Additional Information
- Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products
