What You Will Do:

• Design, build, and maintain business applications and dashboards using no-code and low-code tools (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) to solve operational challenges.

• Collect and manage data from primary and secondary sources, ensuring database integrity and continuous improvement of data collection processes.

• Clean, validate, and maintain data quality to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

• Analyze datasets using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.

• Develop reports and dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive automation initiatives aligned with data governance strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (management, engineers, developers) to understand business needs and resolve data-related issues.

• Ensure responsible data handling, maintaining compliance with data privacy, security, and ethical standards.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a University Degree in a relevant field (Computer Systems, Data Analyst, Information technology) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience

• Advanced English proficiency (80%).

• Proficiency in Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Share Point.

• Basic knowledge of SQL databases.

• Foundational knowledge of Python for data analysis.

• Strong analytical, mathematical, and statistical skills.

• Effective communication and presentation skills.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and work collaboratively in teams.

• Valid visa and availability to travel.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience as a citizen developer or in digital transformation initiatives.

• Deep understanding of business processes within a specific function or department.

• Experience implementing automation solutions and workflow optimization.
