About the Role

Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as the Program Integrator supporting Bahrain and Kuwait Patriot Programs and reporting directly to the Program Manager. You will be working closely with, and influence the Patriot Product Line, functional team members, and other program offices. There is a high volume of proposal activity, supporting multiple Patriot customers. This role supports primarily Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts. You will assist with providing tactical directions for program execution and maintain program cadence to ensure contract and company requirements, deliverables, and reporting are met using the approved business model and management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proposal execution for Bahrain and Kuwait Patriot program proposals, including development of pricing at multiple proposal stages, coordinating requests for information, negotiations, and agreement (in collaboration with Contracts)
  • Execute daily program cadence such as risk review boards, schedule performance management, customer reviews, IPT/CPT reviews, program management reviews (PMRs), staffing reviews, and decision reviews to achieve contract commitments
  • Prepare, revise, update, and monitor required documentation and analysis in compliance with contract requirements, Raytheon Lifecycle Program Management (RLPM), Global Trade, Corporate and Business policies and procedures
  • Control account Management (CAM) for PMO efforts
  • Manage Engineering Services Programs (ESM) for Bahrain and Kuwait country unique ESM programs
  • Lead program risk and opportunity management efforts
  • Develop program-enhancing partnerships with internal functional organizations (typically organized into integrated product teams (IPTs) and/or cross product teams (CPTs)) including but not limited to Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support), and administrative functions
  • Support team members that are deployed to Bahrain and Kuwait
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with US and foreign customers
  • Coordinate customer program reviews, prepare for customer visits
  • Travel both domestic and international (including Bahrain and Kuwait) as needed to support the programs

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience
  • Experience with financial analysis tools and project management tools and/or systems
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions
  • Experience preparing cost proposals and/or gate packages

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated program execution experience managing program staffing, assignments and resources
  • Experience with Foreign Military Sales Programs
  • Experience developing and reviewing cost proposals and synthesizing Proposal Review and Contract start-up packages for management review and approval
  • Working knowledge of contract formation, execution, and management
  • PMX certification Level 5 or the ability to become certified within 6 months of assuming the position

Salary Range: $132,400 USD - $251,600 USD

This position is an onsite role, located in Tewksbury, MA. This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
