The Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is looking for a Senior Coordinator, Administrator to provide administrative and clerical support to the Systems Engineering (SE) Long Range Radars (LRR) department. This position will require being onsite in Woburn, MA at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative support and manage the calendar for the SE LRR Department Leader
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute in-person group events
  • Arrange and book international and domestic travel, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures
  • Update and distribute travel guidance documentation to all department travelers
  • Process and track expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
  • Register employees in the Visit Authorization Request (VAR) system for travel to military sites
  • Manage visitor registrations in the Visitor Management System (VMS) for visits to Raytheon facilities
  • Order and maintain adequate levels of office supplies to ensure efficient operations
  • Prepare and initiate shipping memos as required

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires an AA/AS degree, Technical/Business School Certificate (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience scheduling, booking travel, entering VAR's and VMS forms, Visit Registrations, and/or ordering supplies
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel), including the ability to merge Excel data into PowerPoint presentations, perform advanced Excel functions, and manage Internal/External Share Point platforms effectively
  • Understanding of the CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) Operating System
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing situations and responsibilities
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and proactively anticipate needs and their impacts
  • Experience in dealing with customers and ability to multitask
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and effectively adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
