About the Role
Raytheon's Land Air Defense Systems (LADS) Engineering Execution Department is seeking a skilled and motivated Cross Product Team Lead to lead cost, schedule and execution of the Javelin Test Equipment Portfolio. This position is onsite based in Tucson, Arizona. Travel up to 10% will be required.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Cross Product cost, schedule and execution for both the Javelin Test Equipment Portfolio to include multiple contracts
- Lead development and reporting of proposal costing efforts for the Javelin Test Equipment Portfolio
- Lead a cross product team of IPTLs and multidisciplinary engineers (~15-20)
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with other IPTs, program leadership, customers, and business associates both internal and external to Raytheon
- Support for budget and schedule efforts for multiple contracts by coordinating with program planning, finance, & leadership to execute Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis
- Coordinate with program and functional leadership to staff the team
Required Qualifications
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience managing cost, schedule and execution for technical projects
- Experience leading/contributing to proposals, such as creating BOEs, contributing to leadership proposal reviews
- Program Manager Certification level six (6) or ability to obtain within the first year in the role
- The ability to obtain and maintain an Interim Secret U.S. security clearance prior to the start date
- U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

- Earned Value Certification
- Strong Experience in Test Equipment Development, Integration and TE Sustainment
- Experience evaluating requirements with verification and validation methods
- Experience leading a multi-discipline team in a matrix environment focused on execution and strategic efforts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Compensation
Salary Range: $132,400 USD - $251,600 USD
The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Additional Information
- This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
- Candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of Raytheon's office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
