This role will support production, development/prototype assemblies and products within the Advanced Product Center (APC) at the Mc Kinney, TX site. The selected candidate will perform a wide variety of tasks in support of a manufacturing/production environment. A successful candidate would be able to accomplish daily work tasks with minimal supervision.

What You Will Do

• Manual assembly tasks, solder, operating semi and automated processing equipment, operating ovens, using a microscope to perform and inspect work

• Sit and stand for prolonged period

• Follow detailed written work instructions using our Factory Operating System (FOS), create nonconformances in FOS, and perform rework

• Communicate effectively, multi-task, and be flexible with the work assignments

• Perform repetitive tasks in accordance with an established, proven process and perform in-process inspection in accordance with company standards and customer specifications

• Read and interpret engineering drawings

1st Shift Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM onsite.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience

• Experience in a microelectronics manufacturing environment within the aerospace or defense industry

• U.S. Citizen

Qualifications We Prefer

• Solder experience to Military and/or ANSI/J standards is highly desired

• Microelectronic assembly experience

• Strong safety focus

• Positive attitude and teaming skills needed

• Hand/finger dexterity and attention to detail
