We have an excellent onsite opportunity for a finance professional to join our Business Operations Finance team (OSQ) within the Naval Power portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for all Finance deliverables including: external earned value management, quarterly Estimates at Compete (EACs), Latest Revised Estimates (LREs), weekly / monthly reporting and analysis. This role will also include collaboration with Operations, Value Streams, and Program leaders for EAC inputs, monthly variance reporting to the Operations Leadership Team, and weekly inquiries into cost and labor runs.

What You Will Do

  • Perform detailed weekly financial analysis to Schedule, Budget, and EAC positions
  • Perform monthly updates to Operations Earned Value metrics including customer reportable Earned Value deliverables
  • Responsible for quarterly EACs for Operations including but not limited to EAC inputs from Value Stream Finance, EAC updates in APEX, EAC presentation, EAC variance analysis and EAC R&O analysis
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly oversight of Operations labor and cash forecasts monitoring actual costs, and documenting variances to plan and forecasts
  • Provide the organizations you support with timely and thorough quantitative analysis that supports business, program, and project decision making

Required Qualifications

  • University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience
  • Experience with APEX/SAP Managed Programs finance
  • Experience in program cost schedule and control environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

  • R6Sigma / CORE Specialist or familiarity with Six Sigma / CORE processes
  • Earned Value Management System (EVMS) certification or equivalent
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) certification
  • Ability to apply, interpret, and provide financial leadership on Raytheon Policies and Procedures
  • Self-starter highly motivated with a positive "can do" attitude
  • Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills, as well as experience presenting to leadership and peers
  • Experience managing multiple priorities

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $107,500 USD - $204,500 USD

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Incentive Compensation:

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
