  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and support the Scrum Master to ensure delivery commitments are met

What You Will Learn

  • How to deliver customer-focused digital and self-service products in a global aerospace organisation
  • How to balance business needs, customer experience, and technical delivery in a fast-paced environment
  • How to manage product roadmaps and priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • How to drive innovation within Agile product development teams

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working as a Product Owner
  • Experience delivering SaaS applications
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices
  • Strong understanding of business value related to product features
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder priorities
  • Technical background

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience working in aerospace and/or aviation domains
  • Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
  • Experience using AzureDevOps and/or Aha!
