Position Overview

The Associate Director, ES Infrastructure Business Operations lead will execute and continuously improve the organizational decision making and reporting processes in close collaboration with ES Infrastructure leadership. This role synthesizes relevant ES Infrastructure data into readily understood and shared executive level deliverables in support of leadership engagements both internal to ES Infrastructure and in alignment with all stakeholder groups.

What You Will Do

  • Team closely with the ES Infrastructure leadership team to identify and execute key communications and stakeholder management activities
  • Serve as an independent and trusted advisor to the ES Infrastructure leadership team
  • Lead and facilitate organizational governance for the executive level such as CTO governance councils, leadership offsites, workshops
  • Develop and effectively collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders who engage with ES Infrastructure leadership
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge repository of all major aspects of ES Infrastructure strategy and operations
  • Create data analysis and visualization to support leadership inquiries into various aspects of Infrastructure services
  • Provide best practices and professional development to the executive administration team supporting ES Infrastructure executives
  • Lead special projects

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
  • 10 years domain knowledge of Infrastructure services

Work Location

This is a hybrid role. Eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Farmington, CT. Additional locations will be considered: MA, TX, IA, PR.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range: $147,000 USD - $295,000 USD

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
