  • Analyze engineering systems and processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop engineering investment and technology strategies that support business capture and growth objectives
  • Lead cross-functional teams, including Global Engineering resources, to resolve complex, high-priority business challenges and projects
  • Champion a strong customer-centric culture that empowers the team through trust and accountability

Required Qualifications

  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience
  • Willing and able to travel as necessary (both domestically and internationally) up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of RTCA DO-178C, DO-331, DO-254, DO-297, and other safety-critical development standards
  • Skilled in strategic and resource planning, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail while managing multiple priorities
  • Track record of building effective internal and external customer relationships
  • Ability to obtain a secret security clearance
