About the Role

Collins Interiors Service and Specialty Products (S&SP) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Pricing Analyst to join a growing and expanding team.

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain pricing for spare parts, including ad hoc customer requests, spare parts lists, and annual customer and product line catalogs
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain to obtain, review, and validate part cost information to support accurate pricing decisions
  • Partner with cross-functional organizations including Contracts, Business Development, VSLs, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure pricing inputs are complete, accurate, and aligned
  • Extract, analyze, and manage large data sets using Microsoft Excel to support pricing analysis and decision-making
  • Support the development, documentation, and implementation of pricing processes, tools, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create and maintain customer airline pricing in alignment with customer definitions, contractual terms, and pricing governance requirements
  • Develop, maintain, and report pricing metrics and KPIs to support visibility, performance tracking, and management review
  • Interface with internal and external customers to address pricing inquiries, clarifications, and issue resolution
  • Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)

  • University Degree and 2+ years of finance, business, or data analytics experience or similar field, OR 5 years of experience in absence of a degree
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, specifically VLOOKUP, pivot tables, conditional formatting, "IF" queries etc.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and apply sound judgment
  • Strong attention to detail with a consistent focus on accuracy and compliance

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with internal company accounting systems like E1 or SAP
  • Ability to multi-task with strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities within a deadline-driven environment
  • Comfortable operating in a structured yet evolving environment, including participation in process and system enhancements
  • Ability to evaluate data, challenge assumptions when appropriate, and make decisions aligned with business and contractual requirements
  • Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in response to changing business needs
  • Track record of delivering effective customer support for both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Sales, Finance, and Management
