Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

  • Participate in requirements development and architectural design.

  • Develop and document high‑quality code following development processes.

  • Implement high‑performance, real‑time, scalable software features for automation systems.

  • Develop and execute thorough unit tests.

  • Analyze, debug, correct anomalies, and ensure end‑to‑end functional integration.

  • Participate in reviews of requirements, designs, code, test cases, and user documentation.

  • Provide work estimates and progress status reports.

  • Ensure assigned tasks are prioritized and aligned with project timelines.

  • Work across subsystems to integrate software into final deliverables.

  • Support project-specific quality processes, validation tasks, and documentation.

  • Engage with customers to understand requirements and tailor system-level solutions.

  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and external customers.

  • Support technical discussions, requirement clarifications, and acceptance activities.

  • Work with global teams across engineering, QA, product management

  • Collaborate on design evaluations, architecture decisions, and solution planning.

  • Promote open communication, transparency, and respect within teams.

  • Support engineering excellence by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements.

  • The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

  • You have at least 10 years of experience in a software product development environment

  • Contribute to Agile/SCRUM or SAFe development activities.

  • Apply well-thought‑out software development practices.

  • Direct experience with Agile software development process

You Might Also Have:

  • Cloud development experience
  • AI development working experience
  • This role will require close collaboration with engineers based in China; therefore, the ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
