About ASEM

The Role

At ASEM, we are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Planner to join our team to ensure efficient, timely production flow that meets company quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient and timely production planning aligned with customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity
  • Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production plans based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels
  • Allocate machinery, labor, and time effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, lead time, on-time delivery, and scrap rates
  • Re-plan and adjust schedules in response to equipment failures, supplier delays, or urgent order changes
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and adherence to deadlines
  • Optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency

Requirements

  • Experience working in teams, with an analytical approach, problem-solving skills, and qualitative work management
  • Precision, data analysis skills, and reporting abilities
  • Ability to estimate timelines, identify critical issues, understand, and apply priorities
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar)
  • Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years)
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
