You'll also support Post Release Quality by monitoring field performance, leading investigations, and driving corrective actions that improve reliability and customer satisfaction. This role offers broad collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, and product teams, with meaningful impact across the entire product lifecycle.

Your Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical product documentation with an understanding of how products are used in customer applications and environments.
- Develop and implement quality management strategies that improve both released products and new product designs.
- Collaborate effectively with peers, leaders, and cross‑functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, product management, and global locations.
- Implement metrics and dashboards that provide visibility into quality performance and support continuous improvement.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that address systemic issues and strengthen product quality and customer issue resolution.
- Conduct Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and ensure corrective and preventive actions address true root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Facilitate and participate in retrospectives to drive ongoing improvement, ensuring action items are documented, tracked, and closed.
- Perform risk assessments and implement early mitigation plans throughout product development and post‑release phases.
- Apply quality tools and methodologies—such as Design for Six Sigma, Design for Reliability, and FMEA—throughout product development.
- Support NPI activities by participating in design reviews, risk assessments, validation planning, and quality gate reviews.
- Support Post‑Release Quality by monitoring field performance, leading investigations, and driving corrective actions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Analyze field data and customer feedback to identify trends and systemic issues, driving resolution through cross ‑functional collaboration.
- Maintain accountability for high‑quality performance throughout the product lifecycle.
