Job Description:

The Technical Site Coordinator is responsible for driving the execution of IT infrastructure initiatives across multiple sites in the EMEA region. This role acts as a key link between regional operations, global IT programs, and local site stakeholders.

You will coordinate IT-related activities at site level, including infrastructure deployments, equipment procurement, budgeting, and compliance with design and operational standards. Projects may be local, regional, or global in scope and require adaptability to local site conditions.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibilities.

and have a hybrid schedule working in Katowice, Poland.

Your Responsibilities:

Program & Site Coordination

  • Drive execution of IT infrastructure initiatives at assigned EMEA sites in alignment with regional and global programs.
  • Coordinate delivery teams to ensure alignment with program objectives, milestones, and quarterly commitments.
  • Establish and maintain paths and accountability across stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate on‑site activities with local site teams.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Provide regular, clear status updates on site progress, risks, and dependencies.
  • Facilitate meetings with IT, business partners, vendors, and regional stakeholders.
  • Act as an escalation point for infrastructure‑related issues at EMEA sites (network, end‑user services, mobility, audits).

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Manage procurement of IT equipment and related services.
  • Track and control project budgets (Op Ex and Cap Ex) in alignment with regional forecasts.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
  • Monitor costs, timelines, and performance of individual site initiatives.

Governance & Continuous Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with approved designs, standards, and audit requirements.
  • Provide input to country and site audits related to infrastructure and IT assets.
  • Apply continuous improvement practices to increase delivery efficiency, quality, and predictability.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, ICT Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 3–5 or more years of experience in IT or telecom environments in an international context.
  • 3+ years experience with infrastructure operations, project delivery, and hardware lifecycle management.
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks and end‑user services.
  • With the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident facilitator of meetings, workshops, and decision forums.
  • Fluent in English and Polish.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation

You Might Also Have:

  • Experience in Real Estate, Facility Management, or site‑based operations.
  • Background in IT Command Centers, Field Services, or technical account roles.
  • Exposure to large‑scale infrastructure rollouts or multi‑site programs.
  • PRINCE2 Foundation, PMP, Six Sigma
  • CCNA, CompTIA Network+, MS Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP
