Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of engineers to achieve organizational objectives.

• Set clear goals, give feedback, and conduct performance reviews.

• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and growth‑oriented environment.

• Support career development and provide mentorship to team members.

• Contribute directly to design and development of software solutions

• Guide architectural decisions, enforce coding standards, and conduct code reviews.

• Identify technical risks, evaluate new solutions, and prevent potential issues.

• Support troubleshooting and serve as a hands‑on contributor when needed.

• Oversee day‑to‑day project work, ensuring alignment with scope, requirements, and timelines.

• Coordinate resources, plan work assignments, and manage workload prioritization

• Track progress, anticipate issues, and resolve delivery obstacles

• Work with product managers, designers, QA, architects, and operations teams to align on deliverables.

• Communicate updates, challenges, and decisions clearly to stakeholders.

• The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industry Automation or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in leading SW development team
• Direct experience in a software product development work as engineering role
• Direct experience in leading web development
• Direct experience with Agile software development process and servant at scrum master

You Might Also Have:

• Direct experience with the Industrial Automation industry
• Direct experience collaborating with local and global technical development teams.
• This role will require close collaboration with engineers based in China; therefore, the ability to communicate in Mandarin would be an added advantage.
