Job Description:

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft Intune and SCCM.

• Administer and configure mobile devices for enterprise users via Microsoft 365, Intune Standalone, and Hybrid (SCCM integration with Intune) environments.

• Ensure compliance with enterprise security policies and participate in ongoing activities to secure SCCM-related accounts with IAM.

• Develop and maintain configuration profiles, software and patch management, and OS deployments for Windows, iOS, and Android devices.

• Maintain application packaging portfolio in company portal.

• Automate operational tasks and integrate cloud-based management via Intune.

• Monitor and troubleshoot Intune environments and SCCM, including software deployment, policy retrieval, and security updates.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and deliver scalable endpoint management solutions.

• Support migration efforts from legacy device management platforms to Intune and SCCM.

• Stay current with Microsoft 365, Intune, and SCCM updates and best practices to continuously improve the digital workplace experience.

Rockwell Automation’s hybrid policy aligns that employees are expected to work at a Rockwell location at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless they have a business obligation out of the office.
