Job Description:

As a Project Manager for Automation & Production Technology, you will drive technical project execution across our highly automated production sites. You will be the proactive force ensuring structured project management while collaborating closely with production, engineering, and global stakeholders. You will report to the Global Production Technology Manager and work onsite at our factories in Brønderslev and Aabybro, Denmark.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute technical production projects in close collaboration with Production and R&D, ensuring progress, structure, and clear milestones.

  • Participate in global implementation projects and project groups across Europe and Asia, including Poland, India, and China.

  • Align expectations with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.

  • Drive continuous improvements and innovation in production technologies and processes, with a strong focus on automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

  • Support optimization activities ranging from small process improvements to full-scale implementation of new production lines.

The Essentials – You Will Have

  • A degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a similar technical background— combined with practical, hands-on experience.

  • Solid experience within production technology and automation.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • A structured, goal-oriented work approach with the ability to set direction and drive progress.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have

  • Project management training or certification.

  • Experience with Lean or similar efficiency/optimization methodologies.

  • Experience working with CAD or other technical drawing tools.
