Job Description:

Designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs software programs for software enhancements and new products. Develops software tools including operating systems, compilers, routers, networks, utilities, databases and Internet-related tools. Determines hardware compatibility and/or influences hardware design.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation (e.g. help files, release notes, user
• manuals, etc.)
• Research and resolve issues in a SAFe development environment
• Respond with urgency to requests for information and technical assistance
• Communicate successfully and efficiently on a geographically distributed global team

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Good technical writing and verbal communication skills in English
• Good teamwork spirit and fast learning capabilities
• Familiar with the writing guidelines of Microsoft Manual of Styles
• Familiar with HTML and DITA
• Familiar with content development tools, such as Adobe Experience Manager, Robo Help, Frame Maker, Author-it, etc.
• Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation and/or software

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Major & English level: English (language and literature, translation, linguistics, etc.) & TEM 8
