- Drive collaboration, align stakeholders, and influence key partners across the organization, including teams outside your direct span of control.
- Apply project management and Lean principles to guide planning, execution, risk management, and continuous improvement.
- Assess complex issues requiring deep ISC and cross‑functional knowledge and develop creative, effective solutions.
- Select, develop, and guide project teams to ensure efficient, high‑quality execution and delivery of program objectives.
- Navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions independently, and manage escalations to drive resolution.
- Contribute to the development of processes, methods, and evaluation criteria that strengthen program execution and organizational capability.
The Essentials

- Demonstrated experience leading cross‑functional projects involving supply chain, business units, or commercial teams.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems, with the ability to apply that knowledge to complex business challenges.
- Proven capability applying project management and Lean continuous improvement principles to drive measurable outcomes.
- Experience working in global organizations and supporting teams across multiple time zones.
- Experience evaluating incomplete or evolving information to determine next steps and keep projects moving with accuracy and appropriate urgency.
- Skill in influencing and partnering with stakeholders at multiple levels, including teams outside direct authority.
