Job Description:
We are looking for a consultative Sales Executive, Secure Digital Operations to help clients unlock value through digital transformation at scale. You'll lead complex sales pursuits that integrate Cybersecurity, Digital/AI solutions, and Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM) software to accelerate customer outcomes across industrial operations.
You will report to the Sales Manager, Secure Digital Operations and work remotely from anywhere in the United States.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead Transformational Sales: Guide strategic, digital transformation pursuits across your assigned accounts or region.
- Lead the Commercial Strategy: Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to close, across Cyber, Digital and MOM solution areas.
- Engage Executive Stakeholders: Build and deepen relationships with business and technical leaders across IT, OT, and C-suite.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with technical domain experts, delivery leaders, and account teams to shape value-driven solutions.
- Shape Demand and Grow Pipeline: Identify new opportunities by understanding customer pain points, trends, and priorities.
- Drive Outcomes, Not Just Deals: Focus on long-term value creation, not transactional sales — your success is measured by client success.
The Essentials
You Will Have:
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel 40% of the time.
The Preferred
You Might Also Have:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise or complex B2B sales
- 5+ years of experience in complex enterprise or consultative sales (solutions, services, or software).
- Experience selling to large companies in either the life sciences or consumer packaged goods (CPG) industries.
- Experience selling digital solutions like AI/ML, cybersecurity, industrial SaaS, IIoT, or OT optimization.
- Experience with product development, manufacturing, industrial automation, or digital transformation consulting
- Familiarity with MES, PLM, cybersecurity, industrial AI/ML, or cloud platforms.
- Degree in engineering, computer science, data science, cybersecurity, supply chain, business or other technical degrees or similar.
