Job Description:

Your responsibility

• Assist in tax report preparation, including data collection, analysis, and drafting of monthly/quarterly tax filings.

• Support tax account reconciliation, ensuring accuracy of records, identifying discrepancies, and preparing adjustment entries.

• Handle invoice management, including verification, filing, and compliance checks to meet local tax regulations.

• Conduct basic tax research on relevant policies, regulations, and updates to support the tax team.

• Provide assistance in internal audits and documentation for tax-related matters.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, accounting, compliance) to ensure smooth tax processes.

• Maintain organized records and support ad hoc tasks assigned by tax supervisors.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

The Preferred

You Might Also Have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office tools; familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.

• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced professional setting.
