Job Description:

Senior SAP CRM Techno Functional

Location: Pune/Noida/Bangalore, India

Position Summary:

As a Senior SAP CRM Techno-Functional, you will be a key member of Rockwell Automation's Manage Service Delivery Team. As a senior analyst you will be responsible for delivering application development across projects, enhancements, and ongoing support activities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support SAP 7.0, gather requirements, and perform complex business/system analysis. You will report to the Team Lead IT and work in a hybrid capacity from our Pune, India office.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform planning, analysis, designing, requirements definition, functional design, development, testing and implementation of IT solutions
• Support and maintain SAP 7.0 and CRM functionalities in a collaborative, Agile environment.
• Gather and analyze requirements, design epics/features, and create user stories to support sprint planning.
• Develop and maintain SAP ABAP code, configuration changes, and integrations with external systems.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and perform unit testing for quality assurance.
• Collaborate across teams (business analysts, product owners, supply chain, finance) to deliver end-to-end solutions and resolve issues.
• Foster a positive and productive environment during periods of uncertainty and conflict.

The Essentials – You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• In-depth experience in the CRM modules (Contracts, Billing, Quotes, and Repair Services).
• Experience working with OData, integration using XI/PI/Mule Soft, webservice development
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

The Preferred – You Might Also Have:

• 8+ years of experience in SAP.
• Min of 5 yrs of development experience with SAP ABAP language (Reports, BADIs/BAPIs, User exits/enhancements, SAPscripts and Smart Forms, Interfaces, Dialogue)
