Job Description:

Analyzes, designs, programs, debugs, and modifies software enhancements and/or new products used in Rockwell Automation related to MES Pharma Suite Life science industry. People may use code in commercial or end-user applications, such as materials management, SAP communication, Order\Batch execution. Using current programming language and technologies, writes code, completes programming, and performs testing and debugging of applications. Completes documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance. May interact with users to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.

Your Responsibilities:

• Complete all mandatory trainings of QMS and project development.
• Involve yourself at all stages of the development life cycle: initial analysis, implementation, testing, debugging and support.
• To deliver code which is well tested and consistently error free.
• Work with project team members to coordinate the development process and meet project deadlines
• Respond promptly to bug reports
• Code as per specified standards, pseudo code, comments, unit testing and best practices
• FTPS, FTPC Product technical and functional training completion
• Install and configure FTPC/FTPS and related software components
• Development in FTPS Phase, FTPC Forms, Reports, Labels, EIHub channels, Use-cases, EIHub configurations.
• Completing Stories assigned on JIRA and providing regular updates to team on progress.
• Perform and document Unit testing of developed code and coordinating with lead for review and closure of JIRA item.
• Customer site installations of Dev, Quality, Production with documentation.
• Support to solve issues reported from customer and testing.
• Involving in technical solution discussion with lead for requirements and performing R&D.
• Code reviews for developed code, analyzing risk and impacts on existing system.

The Essentials

You Will Have:

• 6 to 9 years of professional technical experience related to software development, systems design and deployment, code reviews.
• Must have at least a bachelor's degree in a technical field closely related to information technology such as mathematics, engineering, computer science, or information systems (BTech, BE)
• A master's degree or above is preferred (MCA, MTech)
• Programming: Core Java till latest version, J2EE, Java Swings, Spring boot. Camel
• Database: SQL Server, Oracle.
• Application Server: JBoss, Apache Tomcat.
• Operating System: Linux, Windows.
• Reporting Tools: Jasper Report.
• Build Tools: Ant, Maven.
• Version Control Systems: CVS, SVN, git, etc.
• Scripting: PNut scripting, html, CSS.
• Applications: FTPC, FTPS, ActiveMQ.
