Job Description:

The Business Lead – Commercial drives market creation and commercial activation for Lifecycle Services (LCS) within the South Region. You will focus on developing demand, shaping opportunities upstream, and ensuring agreement between market needs and LCS capabilities, following the LCS Sales South Team Development model. You will report to Manager LCS, South.

Success Measures

· Strength of early customer and partner engagement.

· Effectiveness of opportunity shaping and handover to execution.

· Contribution to LCS growth and relevance across the South Region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Guide commercial market activation for LCS across priority industries and clusters within the South Region.

  • Own early opportunity identification, qualification, and shaping in collaboration with Sales execution teams.

  • Develop commercial growth plans aligned with regional and LCS strategy.

  • Act as the commercial interface between customers, partners, and internal LCS partners during early engagement.

  • Support industry and group go-to-market programs, campaigns, and pipeline development activities.

  • Ensure disciplined handover of qualified opportunities into Sales Execution with clear value positioning.

  • Work closely with Cluster Sales Management, Sales Specialists, Account Managers and Strategic Account teams.

  • Interface with Lifecycle Services Core and PRS delivery teams to align customer needs with LCS offerings.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Strong commercial background with experience in complex B2B or industrial environments.

  • Ability to operate upstream in the sales cycle and influence multiple partners.

  • Experience working across matrix organizations and collaborating with execution teams.

Le Business Lead – Commercial (H/F) est responsable de la création de marché et de

l'activation commerciale pour les Lifecycle Services (LCS) au sein de la région Sud. Le rôle

consiste à développer la demande, structurer les opportunités en amont et garantir une forte

cohérence entre les besoins du marché et les capacités LCS, conformément au modèle de

développement de l'équipe Sales LCS South.

Responsabilités principales

  • Piloter l'activation commerciale du marché pour les LCS dans les industries et

clusters prioritaires de la région Sud.

  • Assurer l'identification précoce, la qualification et la structuration des opportunités

en collaboration avec les équipes de Sales Execution.

  • Développer et mettre en œuvre des plans de croissance commerciale alignés sur la

stratégie régionale et la stratégie LCS.

  • Agir comme interface commerciale entre les clients, les partenaires et les parties

prenantes internes LCS lors des phases d'engagement initial.

  • Soutenir les initiatives go-to-market, les campagnes et les activités de

développement du pipeline au niveau des industries et des clusters.

  • Garantir un transfert rigoureux des opportunités qualifiées vers les équipes de Sales

Execution, avec un positionnement de valeur clair.

  • Collaboration étroite avec le management des clusters, les Sales Specialists, les

Account Managers et les équipes Strategic Accounts.

  • Interface avec les équipes de delivery Lifecycle Services Core et PRS afin d'aligner les

besoins clients avec les offres LCS.

Indicateurs de réussite

  • Qualité de l'engagement précoce avec les clients et partenaires.

  • Efficacité dans la structuration des opportunités et leur transfert vers l'exécution.

  • Contribution à la croissance et à la pertinence des LCS dans la région Sud.

Profil et expérience requis

  • Solide expérience commerciale dans des environnements B2B complexes ou

industriels.

  • Capacité démontrée à intervenir en amont du cycle de vente et à influencer plusieurs

parties prenantes
