We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to help define and execute how we tell the creator story to the world. This role sits at the intersection of product launches, brand narrative, and creator advocacy.
We are looking for a candidate who can professionalize and scale our marketing efforts. You will move beyond simple execution to lead proactive narratives around creation and community, ensuring our programs targeting the large and diverse creator eco-system are high-impact and market-ready.
You Will:

Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution for creator focused initiatives across the Roblox ecosystem, spanning product launches, platform updates, incentive and support programs, and seasonal moments

Develop and own a clear creator narrative that supports both endemic creators on Roblox and non endemic developers evaluating the platform

Partner closely with Product Marketing to bring creator launches to market, translating product value into credible, creator first messaging and launch plans

Build and scale creator storytelling and advocacy through programs such as Creator Spotlights, case studies, and creator led narratives
-
Develop and manage integrated marketing plans across owned, earned, and paid channels, in collaboration with Creative, Social, Comms, Media, and regional teams

Co lead cross functional teams across Product Marketing, Developer Relations, Community, Analytics, and external partners to deliver high impact campaigns

Define success metrics and use insights to continuously refine creator messaging, creative, and channel strategy
You Have:
-
8+ years of integrated marketing experience, ideally in consumer tech, gaming, platforms, or creator driven ecosystems

Strong understanding of the gaming ecosystem, including live service games, UGC platforms, and creator driven economies

Familiarity with game developers and UGC creators, including how they build, monetize, grow audiences, and engage communities
-
Experience leading cross channel campaigns across social, video, paid media, and owned content
-
Proven ability to translate complex products and systems into clear, compelling narratives for creator audiences
-
Experience influencing cross functional partners and leading through collaboration
-
Strong storytelling, organizational, and project management skills
-
A clear point of view on how creators should be represented publicly, with strong judgment around credibility and authenticity
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Annual Salary Range**$191,340—$234,390 USD**
Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
